May i, refer to the query served against me today been 9th September 2015, which state as follows:
That i have been counseled deverally for unlike behaviors which indicate that i have failed to see the severity of the situation and the significance of a good relationship with all parties in the ministry as written in the query. In avoidance of doubt, you may wish to inquire from the ministry HOD Pollution Control mr. I shall from hence forth perform my duties with high standards of honesty, integrity, and impartiality, free from personal interest, considerations, favoritism and partialism. I shall be courteous, considerate and prompt when serving the public.
From today,i shall maintain respect and professional cooperation and conduct in my relationships with other HODs and other senior and junior staff in the ministry. I shall treat them with dignity, respect and compassion.
I shall conduct myself in a manner that will not demean offenders, fellow employees or others again in the ministry.
It is on this background that i, humble request the Honorable Commissioner to dismiss the charge against me and exonerate me from any disciplinary action.
